Dr. Yamin is a fully licensed plastic surgeon in Beverly Hills, California. He has had an amazing journey across the world before settling in Beverly Hills.

In addition to being fully trained in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, he is also a fully trained General Surgeon.

Graduated from Baghdad College with a Bachelor’s degree in science while still a teenager, utilizing an accelerated program designed for gifted students. Started medical school at Baghdad University at a much younger age than his peers, then graduated on top of his class with an honor degree ranked him among the top ten medical graduates in the middle east.

His journey took him through several countries in the Middle East and Europe, but his passion for human anatomy led him to spend a few years teaching anatomy at a medical school in the Caribbean.

Spent time at Stanford University in the research lab studying wound healing and advancing the technologies in wound and scar management.

He attended Loma Linda University then Texas Tech University to continue his medical education and complete full training in General Surgery

Dr. Yamin graduated from the Long Island Plastic Surgical Group and Stony Brook University’s plastic and reconstructive surgery residency program in New York. He also served as Chief Resident at Stony Brook University Hospital and Nassau University Medical Center. During his training in Long Island and New York City, he had the opportunity to work alongside leading experts in both reconstructive and aesthetic plastic surgery, including complex microvascular reconstruction, breast reconstruction, burn treatment, and aesthetic surgery.

He is fascinated with innovations and advances in Plastic Surgery, which led to his drive to incorporate the latest technologies in his practice. His attention to detail and optimum patient care, all geared toward superior outcomes of his surgeries.

Dr. Yamin has a strong passion for art and human anatomy, he enjoys drawing and sketching anatomical illustrations. This passion has helped him finesse his abilities in plastic surgery.

He offers a wide variety of aesthetic and reconstructive procedures of the face, breast, and body. He enjoys fat grafting and body sculpting. At the same time, he places much of his artistic sense and skills in mastering facial aesthetics and rhinoplasty procedures, especially for the middle eastern nose.

In addition to his passion for Plastic Surgery, Dr. Yamin loves soccer, he enjoys watching and playing the sport. He also enjoys swimming, surfing, and scuba diving.

His most enjoyable relaxing time, other than being in the OR, is best spent with his family and his beautiful 2 kids (Sevda and Eli), he enjoys traveling with them, exploring different outdoor activities, and trying different types of food
