At Dr. Barrett Plastic Surgery, PC (“BPS”), we are committed to offering our state-of-the-art plastic surgery services to a limited number of eligible patients in need who cannot afford the cost of a procedure we offer. - You are without insurance coverage, Medicaid, Medicare, or any other government or other healthcare coverage for the procedure you seek;

- The procedure you seek is one that we regularly perform.
The criterion for selecting Barrett Gives Back patients is completely within our sole and absolute discretion. We don’t guarantee that any prospective applicant, regardless of need or type of procedure, will get priority over any other prospective applicant we may select. However, eligibility for our Barrett Gives Back program is determined without regard to sex, race, color, religion, ancestry, national origin, age, disability, medical condition, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression or educational background.
