The implants were prepared and soaked in a triple antibiotic solution, then inserted into each breast using a no-touch technique with a Keller funnel. Gloves were changed prior to handling the funnel and implant for each side to maintain sterility. The incisions were meticulously closed in five layers to promote optimal long-term healing and aesthetic results.
