Sizing for Mia was done on the table, perfectly selected to complement the patient's proportions. The implants were prepared and soaked in a triple antibiotic solution, then inserted into each breast using a no-touch technique with a Keller funnel. Gloves were changed prior to handling the funnel and implant for each side to maintain sterility. The incisions were meticulously closed by Dr. Barrett in five layers to promote optimal long-term healing and aesthetic results.
