Tatiana reported some rippling on her right breast and felt her implants did not adequately fill the skin. She believed the implants were too small for her frame and noted that her nipples were positioned too high and far apart. Her goals were to have larger, fuller breasts that looked natural with nipples positioned closer together to improve cleavage.
Tatiana's implants were found to be flipped upside down, resulting in reduced projection and fullness. New implants were placed within the existing pocket, which was internally tightened to improve cleavage. The implants were prepared and soaked in a triple antibiotic solution, then inserted using a no-touch technique with a Keller funnel. Gloves were changed prior to handling the funnel and implants for each side to ensure sterility. The incisions were meticulously closed in five layers to support optimal healing and long-term aesthetic outcomes.
