Downtime and Post-Operative Care
We will customize your procedure plan and post-op based on your schedule. We recommend you stay in Los Angeles after your surgery for the following minimum time periods after each procedure. We also recommend you plan a trip back within a month for one additional follow-up appointment.

Minimum Stay
Breast Augmentation
3-5 days
Your surgeon will request a post-op appointment within 3-5 days of your surgery to remove stitches and discuss taping, scar management, and massage protocols.
Breast Lift/Reduction
5-10 days
Timeline for these procedure may vary by patient, but in most cases your surgeon will request a post-op appointment within 7 days. During this appointment, you will be evaluated before travel clearance is provided.
Eyelid Surgery
3-5 days
As there are different variations of blepharoplasties, recovery depends on the procedure performed. Your surgeon will discuss your unique circumstances with you during the consultation.
Face Lift/Neck Lift
7-10 days
Within 4-5 days your surgeon will remove your initial sutures and any drains. Yout final appointment will be scheduled at that time.
Rhinoplasty
5-7 days
Within 5-7 days, your surgeon will remove your nasal splint and any stitches.
Abdominoplasty
7-12 days
This procedure varies greatly according to your individual needs. Your surgeon will discuss your unique circumstances with you during your initial consultation.
Liposuction
3-4 days
Within 3-4 days, stitches will be removed and a garment check will be performed.
