Breast Augmentation Revision

Patient had breast augmentation over 15 years ago with 300cc saline implants. Exchanged implants for 230cc Bilateral Sientra Moderate Projection Smooth Silicone Implants. Lollipop lift. 4 month result.

Previous surgeon had flipped the implants upside down during surgery. Pocket was loose. Pocket repair with internal suturing to give the breasts a slight lift. Switched out 215cc Sientra Implants with 320cc ModerateProfile Smooth Silicone Implants.

The patient elected to undergo explantation of her 700cc Allergan Style 45 breast implants. She had been considering this for the past three years, as the implants no longer align with her lifestyle. At the time of explantation, 500cc of autologous fat was transferred into each breast for volume restoration. The patient is currently 6 weeks post-operative in after photos.

Patient had grade four capsular contracture with a double bubble breast deformity, breast pain, and asymmetry from a different surgeon. Dr. Barrett explanted two 445cc Allergan implants for 485cc Bilateral Sientra Moderate Projection Smooth Silicone Implants. Dr. Barrett added an internal lift and removed breast capsules.

Patient desired a fuller look with a high profile. Previous implants were Mentor Smooth Silicone 190cc. Exchanged for 320cc Bilateral High Profile Sientra Smooth implants.

Patient complained of unnatural breast augmentation performed by another surgeon. Felt the implants were not big enough and wanted a more natural slope. Replaced 300cc shaped and textured saline implants with 505cc Bilateral Sientra Moderate Plus Projection Smooth Silicone Implants.

Patient struggled with breast asymmetry and grade 4 capsular contracture. 270cc Bilateral McGhan Implants Removed. Exchanged for 385cc Bilateral Sientra Textured Round Implants Moderate Profile.

Bilateral pocket repair with periareolar scar revision and Galaflex mesh placement. Original 325cc implants were kept in.

Patient had capsular contracture and needed a pocket repair. Removal of 615cc Allergan implants and replaced with 540cc Bilateral Sientra Smooth Round Moderate Plus Projection.

320cc Bilateral Sientra Moderate Profile Smooth Silicone Implants with lollipop lift

380cc Sientra Moderate Profile Implants. Repaired breast pocket and did lollipop lift incision.

Patient had grade 2 bilateral capsular contracture and wanted larger results. Previously had Bilateral 420cc McGhan implants performed by another surgeon. Exchanged for Bilateral Mentor Moderate Profile plus 475cc textured implants.

Removal of misplaced textured 295cc mentor implants. Replaced with 395cc Bilateral Sientra Moderate Projection Smooth Silicone Implants and pocket repair and internal tightening.

Original 340cc implants placed incorrectly by different surgeon leading to mal-position, capsular contracture, and asymmetry. New sientra silicone gel breast implants placed. 215cc in right breast, 235cc in left breast. Circumareolar lift.

2 MONTHS POST OP. Additional healing needed for final result. Patient had previous implants in with one side hardened after 10 years. 400cc Bilateral Mentor Textured Silicone Implants with a Lollipop lift incision.

The patient wanted gummy bear implants to replace the saline she previously had from a different surgeon. Patient wanted to go smaller in implant size, look natural and to be around a C Cup. Patient also wanted an areola reduction.

Pre-operative diagnosis: Bilateral breast ptosis, implant malposition, excess abdominal skin, and umbilical hernia. The patient underwent breast revision with bilateral Mentor Moderate Profile Plus 400cc silicone implants, addressing both aesthetic concerns and implant positioning.

Downsized to 250cc Bilateral Sientra Moderate Projection Smooth Silicone Implants. Lollipop lift and pocket repair

Abdominoplasty, liposuction of abdomen and flanks; Removal and replacement of breast implants. 650cc Bilateral Sientra Moderate Projection Smooth Silicone Implants.

Patient had grade 4 bilateral capsular contracture and daily pain on both sides. Wanted a more natual cleavage. Previous implants were 420cc Smooth Silicone performed by another surgeon. Exchanged for 500cc Bilateral Mentor Moderate Profile Textured implants.

Patient had grace one capsular contracture in right breast. Capsulectomy and previous 450cc implants removed. Implants placed in were bilateral 750cc mentor moderate profile plus.

Patient had capsular contracture. She previously had 325cc implants above the muscle with periareolar incision. Exchanged her implants for bilateral Mentor Moderate Profile 450cc textured implant.
