What is Preservé?

Historically, breast augmentations involve making incisions on the patient's chest to insert a customized implant suited to the client's desired results. Implants are usually silicone or saline, with silicone implants pre-filled to the patient's preference and saline implants filled after the casing is already placed inside the chest.
